Telehealth services are currently available only to residents of Montana and Washington State.

If you do not reside in Montana or Washington, visits must be completed in person at our office.

Yes. All hormone therapy involving controlled substances requires at least one in-office visit per year, regardless of where you live. Telehealth visits do not replace this requirement.

Please note that certain services or treatments may not be available if you are only able to participate in telemedicine visits.

Hormone Health Montana is a self-pay practice and does not accept insurance.

Yes. All new patient appointments require a $50 deposit to hold your appointment time.
