Hormone Therapy
BioTe® Pellet Therapy
(Available in Bozeman | Coming Soon to Helena)
A long-acting, plant-based hormone replacement option using subcutaneous pellets to deliver consistent levels of testosterone or estrogen. Pellet therapy is well-suited for patients seeking steady hormone support without daily dosing. Includes consultation and lab review.
Bioidentical Hormone Therapy
Customized hormone therapy using bioidentical compounds designed to closely match the body’s natural hormones. Delivery methods may include creams, troches, oral capsules, injections, or pellets, depending on individual needs and lab results.
Therapeutic Injections
Prolotherapy
A regenerative injection technique designed to stimulate healing in ligaments, tendons, and joints by encouraging new tissue growth. Commonly used for chronic pain, joint instability, and injury recovery.
Perineural Injection Therapy (PIT)
Gentle, targeted injections placed around irritated nerves to help reduce inflammation and discomfort. Often used for nerve-related pain, headaches, and chronic inflammatory conditions.
Trigger Point Injection Therapy
Targeted injections into tight or painful muscle knots (trigger points) to relieve tension, improve mobility, and reduce localized pain. Commonly used for neck, back, and shoulder discomfort.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is a regenerative therapy that uses concentrated platelets and growth factors derived from your own blood to support the body’s natural healing and repair processes. Platelets play an important role in tissue regeneration, inflammation regulation, and cellular signaling, which is why PRP has become a widely used option across a variety of medical and wellness applications.
PRP therapy involves a small blood draw that is processed to concentrate platelets, which are then reintroduced into targeted areas of the body. This approach may help support tissue healing, improve circulation, and promote regeneration in joints, soft tissues, skin, and other areas, depending on individual needs and treatment goals.
PRP is often used as part of a broader, individualized care plan and may be combined with other supportive therapies to optimize outcomes.
NeuroCranial Restructuring
Realign. Restore. Rebalance.
NeuroCranial Restructuring (NCR) is a non-invasive technique designed to release tension patterns within the connective tissues of the skull and spine. Using precise endonasal balloon adjustments, NCR encourages improved structural alignment and nervous system balance.
This therapy may support concerns such as:
Chronic headaches or migraines
TMJ dysfunction
Sinus pressure or breathing difficulties
Postural imbalances
Neurological symptoms
Recovery following concussions or head trauma
NCR is typically provided as a series of four treatments over four consecutive days. A comprehensive evaluation is completed beforehand to determine appropriateness of care.
