If you do not reside in Montana or Washington, visits must be completed in person at our office.

Yes. All hormone therapy involving controlled substances (testosterone) requires two in-office visits per year, regardless of where you live. Telehealth visits do not replace this requirement.

Please note that certain services or treatments may not be available if you are only able to participate in telemedicine visits.

Hormone Health Montana is contracted with Blue Cross/Blue Shield MT. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Montana Healthy Kids Insurance plans.

Not at this time. We kindly request a 48 hour notice if you can not make your first appointment. We are happy to reschedule you at a time that works better for you.
