Dr. Hillary Lampers is a naturopathic physician specializing in primary care, with an emphasis on supporting adult men and women through hormonal change and long-term health concerns. Her clinical focus centers on helping patients pursue healthier aging, improved vitality, and a more active, engaged quality of life.

She brings a comprehensive approach to care, blending regenerative medicine, naturopathic principles, and bioidentical hormone therapy. Dr. Lampers is known for her thoughtful, patient-centered approach and her commitment to listening, education, and collaborative care.

Dr. Lampers earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Health Sciences with a major in Nutrition, followed by a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle. She has advanced training in hormone replacement therapy for both men and women, regenerative and therapeutic injection techniques, and neurocranial restructuring.
