DR. HILLARY LAMPERS

Founder | Naturopathic Physician

Dr. Hillary Lampers is a Naturopathic Physician widely recognized for her expertise in hormonal health and whole-body medicine, with a clinical focus that spans nearly two decades. She obtained her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine in 2007 from the prestigious Bastyr University in Seattle Wa, and is licensed in both Montana and Washington states. Her work centers on understanding how hormones, the nervous system, metabolism, and lifestyle intersect to shape long-term health for both women and men. Rather than treating isolated symptoms, Dr. Lampers is known for identifying root causes and guiding patients through complex transitions such as perimenopause, menopause, and midlife metabolic change with clarity and precision.

As a naturopathic physician, Dr. Lampers approaches health through a comprehensive lens that looks beyond symptoms alone. Her philosophy emphasizes identifying underlying drivers of illness while supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance. This perspective allows her to address hormonal health, metabolic function, stress physiology, and lifestyle factors in a coordinated and individualized way.

Her approach blends deep clinical experience with personalized care. Many patients come to Dr. Lampers after years of feeling dismissed or told their symptoms are simply a normal part of aging. She takes a different approach. By carefully evaluating hormone patterns, metabolic health, nervous system balance, and lifestyle factors, she helps patients understand what their bodies are doing and why.

A core part of her work focuses on guiding women through perimenopause and menopause, a time when hormonal shifts can affect nearly every system in the body. Dr. Lampers believes this transition should be approached with education and precision, helping women understand how changing hormone levels influence metabolism, brain health, musculoskeletal strength, and long-term vitality.

In addition to women’s hormonal health, Dr. Lampers works with men experiencing symptoms related to testosterone decline, metabolic stress, and aging physiology. Her clinical perspective emphasizes performance, recovery, and long-term resilience rather than quick fixes.

Patients often describe her style as thoughtful, thorough, and empowering. She believes that when people understand the physiology behind their symptoms, they are better equipped to make informed decisions about their health.
